We are pleased to announce that the 2021 Council of Industry Compensation and Benefits Survey will be available for completion beginning October 4th. Your participation provides great insight for the Council of Industry, your company, as well as your peers. The survey is co-sponsored by Rose & Kiernan and Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions.

After you complete the survey, you will have access to the survey results to see how your responses compare to others. These results will be available in web-based, printable, and infographic formats for easy interpretation of data. 

Your responses will help you directly by providing an idea of what your position pays throughout the Hudson Valley. The survey will also give us a baseline of compensation and benefits in the Hudson Valley for roles similar to yours.

Access to the survey will be password protected and responses will be anonymized based on Safe Harbor methods. Once you receive your invitation email you will be able to create a username and password, then log in to take your survey. Everyone will have a few weeks to submit their responses.

 

New this year we are working with the team at Sensible Surveys to conduct the survey. If you have any questions as you proceed through the survey, they will be available during normal business hours to answer your questions. We will send out email address and phone numbers to contact the Sensible Survey team as we get closer to the start date.
