2021 Compensation and Benefits Survey Will Commence October 4th

The Council of Industry 2021 Compensation & Benefits Survey is Coming October 4th

We are pleased to announce that the 2021 Council of Industry Compensation and Benefits Survey will be available for completion beginning October 4th. Your participation provides great insight for the Council of Industry, your company, as well as your peers. The survey is co-sponsored by Rose & Kiernan and Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions.

Here is some information to help you get ready.

How does it benefit me?
After you complete the survey, you will have access to the survey results to see how your responses compare to others. These results will be available in web-based, printable, and infographic formats for easy interpretation of data.
Why should I participate?
Your responses will help you directly by providing an idea of what your position pays throughout the Hudson Valley. The survey will also give us a baseline of compensation and benefits in the Hudson Valley for roles similar to yours.
How does it work?
Access to the survey will be password protected and responses will be anonymized based on Safe Harbor methods. Once you receive your invitation email you will be able to create a username and password, then log in to take your survey. Everyone will have a few weeks to submit their responses.
We are working with the team at Sensible Surveys to conduct the survey. If you have any questions as you proceed through the survey, they will be available during normal business hours to answer your questions. We will send out email address and phone numbers to contact the Sensible Survey team as we get closer to the start date.
Do I have a Sensible Surveys Account?
If your company completed the 2020 survey last year, you already have an account. Please contact Johnnieanne to have your password reset.
Does the information from last year populated into the 2021 survey?
