Levels 1 and 2
This program focuses on developing the skills to successfully achieve process improvement on any process or service, process alignment (strategy/customer). The emphasis is on how to successfully deal with practical skills, leadership and communication issues in business process management, providing participants with an immediate toolkit and range of supporting resources. This workshop will prepare organizations to successfully introduce, manage and implement a sustainable process management approach and framework. It will utilize multiple real-world case studies in an interactive format.
Level One will cover how to eliminate the causes of work through the advanced process performance and optimization techniques for existing processes and services by using the four steps of CEMM to apply process diagnostics and identify improvement opportunities, and including techniques for determining points of failure and causes of work factors and optimization states.
Level two will address how to bring processes into alignment with the customer.
Topics will include: Process Alignment, Process Performance and Optimization Techniques, Team exercises, SCOs, and CEM Method.
