About the Series
Manufacturing in the Hudson Valley is comprised largely of small to mid-sized advanced manufacturing firms. Senior executives of these firms wrestle daily with issues of growth, competition, costs, sales & marketing, regulation, supply chain and workforce development. This program will help seasoned managers put together all the pieces of the management puzzle helping them to handle new scenarios and make sound decisions to help their organization grow intelligently.

Participants in this program will become catalysts for innovation and growth given their firm’s resources, capabilities, restrictions and market opportunities.

Who Should Attend
The material in this series is intended for senior level people in small and medium sized manufacturers. Participants should have several years’ leadership experience in manufacturing and/or have some business education. This series is also a great opportunity to help “build your bench” by preparing people to step into key leadership roles.

For those who received an MBA degree seven or more years ago, this is also a perfect opportunity to update knowledge and gain exposure to late-breaking benchmarks and best practices for the years ahead.
