2008 Problem Solving and Decision Making:

Description: This full day course presents an overview of a six step problem solving/decision making system used in quality driven organizations. The information presented during this session helps managers to think through causes of problems and to generate alternative action plans to deal with them. Guidelines and techniques that will find logical solutions to corporate problems are covered. The programs' six steps by which to approach solutions are as follows: Customer Identification, Customer Satisfaction, Problem Definition, Problem Analysis, Data Collection and Team Decisions to Create Solutions.
2008 Positive Motivation and Discipline:

Description: Positive Motivation and Discipline is a full day course that expands your managerial range to its fullest potential and gets your employees motivated to do the job at hand. The information presented includes understanding your role and the impact you have on your most difficult employee, the art of receiving positive feedback, rewards and recognition, techniques and counseling and general performance improvement techniques. These topics will tie directly to the five domains of leadership to be covered as follows: The Supervisor/Subordinate Relationship, Peer Interaction, Transformation Leadership (Keeping staff motivated while moving in new directions), Process Improvement and The Manager as a Team Leader.

Description: The Council of Industry's "Effective Business Communication" course is designed to enhance an employee's ability to effectively communicate information to others within the company. Course content discussed will relate directly supervisory relationships, co-worker dynamics, customer contact and dealing with managers. This course teaches individuals the techniques and the theory behind effective communication in order to get your ideas across clearly and concisely with maximum input. The course will cover: Listening SKills, The Communication Model, Effective Writing Skills and Assessing Your Personal Communication Style.

Description: This course explores how to design a team that will get the best results with the most efficient methods. This course will cover: employers' rights and obligations, employment laws, regulations governing business, hiring, performance, discipline issues and Affirmative Action.
