Inside Sales Representative

Unilock New York, Inc. located in Brewster, NY is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join and grow with our team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is primarily responsible for assisting customers in a support role, as well as the order entry process, assisting with the processing of leads, and various projects and tasks as assigned.

This is an excellent ground floor opportunity for a new College Graduate!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Day to Day order processing via phone, in person and e-mail in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support customers with their purchases, via design assistance (calculating square footage required), order entry and any future inquiries that arise.
  • Assist with various Marketing projects such as mailings and analysis as requested.
  • Assist with prospect for potential new business opportunities

Qualifications include:

  • Exceptional customer service and selling skills are required. 
  • Problem solving and math skills a must. 
  • Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work with strict deadlines and attend to projects and work processes with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with all customers.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with all levels of management and employees within the Sales and Marketing departments.
  • BA degree in a related field is preferred
  • Previous related experience is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
