If your company is a manufacturer or distributor located in New York State you can receive a free, no obligation electricity price quote by completing this Letter of Authorization  (LOA) form.  The LOA simply gives Direct Energy permission to obtain your electricity load profile from your utility.  This data is necessary to provide you with accurate pricing.
