"I think the biggest impression I was left with after taking the classes and meeting colleagues from other manufacturing environments was that the obstacles that I run into on a daily basis are not unique and certainly not unsolvable. Very often we were all able to help each other just by having a chance to say things out loud and get feedback from others as to how they handled the same or a similar problem."

Vincent Sauter,FALA Technologies, Inc., Graduate of Certificate in Manufacturing Leadership Program

"The Council of Industry has been a great resource to SELUX.  We have found it to be a very successful business partnership."

Karen Biddiscombe, Human Resource Administrator, Se'Lux Corporation

"In forming the Manufacturers Alliance of New York State the Council of Industry has given a stronger voice to manufacturers across the Hudson Valley and New York State.  It’s a voice that needs to be heard in Albany and in Washington."

Robert Miniger, Vice President of Human Resources, Balchem Corporation

"With the help of Pepco and the Council of Industry, we were able to lock into a rate for 2008 and 2009 that fit nicely into our budget and we were pleased. When we saw what happened to energy prices in the first part of 2008 we were ecstatic."

Russell Yeager, Chief Executive Officer of Alcoa Fastening Systems in Kingston

"The Council of Industry is the place to go to get information on economic and political trends and new break-throughs in business management.  The educational programs are always timely and immediately applicable."

Gordon McAleer, President, McAleer & Associates
